Summary

We are seeking a team player that is attentive to detail, and is able to see color for our Finish Room. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing wood and applying finishes to our cabinetry products, ensuring a high-quality appearance and durability. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding and cleaning as required.
• Apply stains, paints, and finishes to wood products using various techniques.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to see color.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality craftsmanship.
• Familiarity with various finishing techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds.
• Valid Drivers License and ability to pull trailer.
• Excellent Attendance.
