Porter Family Vineyards is a small, family owned winery looking to fill one harvest position. We are tight-knit team that works hard and has fun.

All winemaking operations are performed underground in our 17,000 sq. ft. cave, beneath estate vineyard blocks of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. We are seated on a hilly 14 acre property in the beautiful Coombsville AVA in Napa.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to work long hours that include early mornings and weekends, with a positive attitude. This is a seasonal, full-time position that will stretch from early August to late December with a possible two month extension dependent on work load. Pay ranges between $21-23 dependent on experience plus overtime. This position requires work schedule flexibility. *A vehicle will be provided if you do not have one.* Harvest responsibilities include vineyard sampling, equipment sanitation, fruit receival, inoculations, punch-downs/pump-overs, fermentation management, press operation, barrel-downs and everything else in between.

1-2 years of cellar experience is encouraged. Forklift experience is a plus!
