Accurate Window & Power washing is hiring a skilled and dependable Residential Window Cleaner to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional with 5+ years of experience , including expertise in salt washing , solar panel cleaning , and multi-story residential properties . Verifiable references are required.
Responsibilities
Clean interior and exterior residential windows to a streak-free finish
Use spot-free water systems and Tucker poles for efficient, high-quality window cleaning on multi-story homes
Safely remove salt residue from ocean-facing glass using appropriate tools and methods (DI water systems, neutralizers, soft wash techniques)
Clean residential solar panels , ensuring proper care, safety, and maximum performance
Perform power washing and soft washing of driveways, patios, decks, and siding
Operate ladders and safety gear for multi-story homes
Maintain and inspect cleaning tools and equipment
Deliver high-quality results and maintain a professional demeanor with clients
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of residential window cleaning experience , including multi-story homes
Experience using spot-free water systems and Tucker poles for window cleaning
Experience with salt washing techniques on coastal properties
Experience with solar panel cleaning (knowledge of proper techniques to avoid damage)
Must provide 2–3 professional references verifying relevant experience
Familiar with safe ladder use, roof safety, and basic equipment maintenance
Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors year-round
Detail-oriented, punctual, and professional work ethic
Power washing or soft washing experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Must be ready to start immediately and work independently
