What you will do:
Warehouse Operations:
Spearhead efficient warehouse operations to meet operational and customer demands.
Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure orders are processed promptly and materials are delivered to production lines on schedule, meeting stringent quality standards.
Uphold inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciliation with our automated systems.
Keep IT and automated systems current and suggest enhancements to the system.
Maximize warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements to the layout.
Continually assess processes to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
Develop and implement best practices for warehousing.
Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
People Management:
Efficiently manage our workforce to meet customer delivery requirements.
Implement absence control procedures and address personnel issues.
Inspire and guide the team, closely monitor task completion, and maintain high performance standards.
Effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure their achievement.
Share product expertise within the team and address any inquiries.
Relationship Management:
Foster collaboration with the Logistics and Materials Planning teams.
Liaise with other departments and offer constructive feedback to the management team.
Self-Management:
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Embrace personal challenges, demonstrate resilience, and promote a collaborative work environment.
Actively engage in team development.

Preferred knowledge of SAP and Linux.
Being bilingual in Spanish is considered an advantage.
