Chill N Out Clearwater is not your average wellness studio — we’re on a mission to make real recovery accessible to everyone. We use top-tier equipment (TridentCryo whole-body cryo, Clearlight Sanctuary infrared sauna, Merican full-body red light therapy, and Normatec compression) and an appointment-based system designed to give every member a seamless, elevated experience.
Position Summary
The Recovery Coach is the heart of the studio. This role is trusted to independently run the studio during their shift — opening, closing, coaching, cleaning, and ensuring every guest receives safe, consistent, and supportive care.
Studio Operations
• Open and close the studio independently
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional environment
• Follow all safety protocols for cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and compression
• Manage daily schedule and session flow
• Sanitize equipment and uphold cleanliness standards
Customer Experience
• Greet every guest by name and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Deliver high-level customer service
• Build genuine member relationships
• Ensure all guests feel supported, informed, and comfortable
Coaching & Equipment Guidance
• Educate members on safe and proper equipment use
• Assist guests with gear and session preparation
• Monitor guests during sessions
• Uphold all rules, safety precautions, and guidelines
Sales & Memberships
• Check in guests using Pike13
• Assist with waivers and new member onboarding
• Sell memberships, intro offers, and gift cards
• Promote specials and communicate membership value
Communication & Technology
• Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
• Assist with scheduling and troubleshooting
• Use POS systems and computer tools
• Keep member profiles organized and accurate
Qualifications
