Your tasks Manage and coordinate laser and MIG welding technologies engineering and welding production at Brose New Boston Plant. Lead a team of 3 Welding Specialists with extensive experience to ensure high-volume production of mechatronic seat systems, base structures, backrests, loadthroughs, and center consoles. Direct and supervise engineering and technical personnel in setting up and validating electro-pneumatic configurations, and maintaining laser and MIG welding machinery using systems like 4D Weld Watcher, Tru-tops, Brose-Robot interfaces, and others. Monitor destructive testing methods in compliance with internal, OEM, and AWS standards. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields. At least 24 months of experience as a Coordinator, Team Leader, Manager, or similar role supervising welding engineering and technical staff, with experience in programming and maintaining laser and MIG welding machinery and robotic systems.
