Job Title: Welder
Location: Columbia City, IN
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary:
- Entry-Level Welder: $17 - $19 per hour (no experience required)
- Experienced Welder: $20 - $22 per hour
Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Includes two 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Position Overview: We are looking for both entry-level and experienced welders to support our production needs. As a Welder, you will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various welding techniques to assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
- Assist in other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications: - Entry-Level: No previous experience in welding required; training will be provided
- Experienced: Previous welding experience is preferred; knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices is essential
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
