You should have at least a year of experience in hospice, homecare, or home health. Strong independent thinkers and quick decision-makers, we need you! Certification by the state as a home health aide and completion of an approved training program. CPR certification Access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver's license, and personal auto liability insurance coverage. Ready to hit the road? Your Role on this Life-Changing Journey: Follow the interdisciplinary plan of care. Provide personal care, making patients feel comfortable and well cared for in their homes. Maintain a safe and soothing environment for our patients. Stay observant and proactive, reporting changes in the patient's condition. Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
