Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Web Developer/Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Magento, strong backend development knowledge, and a passion for clean UI/UX design. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of front-end development, API integrations, debugging practices, and graphic design tools. You’ll play a key role in building and optimizing websites while ensuring high performance, security, and user engagement.



Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging, responsive websites using Webflow, Magento, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.


• Customize and optimize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance performance and maintainability.


• Implement SEO best practices and responsive design principles to improve website loading speed and accessibility.


• Integrate third-party tools and APIs for expanding platform functionalities and ensuring interoperability.


• Collaborate with teams to design and build backend components, including databases and server-side logic.


• Conduct thorough website testing, validation, and debugging using tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and other debugging utilities.


• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, security standards, and data privacy compliance.


• Create visually appealing and brand-consistent digital assets including banners, landing pages, social media graphics, and UI components.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues or bugs and provide documentation on fixes and improvements.


• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze website analytics and optimize user flows and conversions.

• 3+ years of proven experience in web development and graphic design.


• Proficient in Webflow, Magento and some WordPress.


• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.


• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.


• Familiarity with backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, MySQL, or similar.


• Strong understanding of validation, web security standards, and performance optimization techniques.


• Proficient with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma).


• Experience debugging websites using browser dev tools, performance monitors, and code validators.


• Ability to handle complex bugs and troubleshoot effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical teams.
