Role Overview

Blockreum USA Corp. manages leading projects in the Web3 space including Sologenic & Coreum. As part of the Growth & Partnerships division, focused on business development and growth hacking, the Web3 Social Media Creator will be pivotal in driving user acquisition and retention. This role involves creating high-quality, engaging content across platforms, building community connections, and serving as the primary point of contact between the team and its online audience

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Strategize, create, and post dynamic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, tailored to engage both Web3 and Fintech audiences. Focus on story-telling and prioritize immersive formats like interviews, AMA’s, and leverage adapting content for short-form videos on platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts to maximize reach.

• Analytics and Reporting: Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor the performance of social media campaigns. Regularly provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and boost engagement.
• Trend Integration: Stay on top of emerging social media, Web3, and crypto trends. Integrate timely and relevant topics into content creation, ensuring brand relevance in fast-evolving digital spaces. This includes hosting virtual meet-ups,

• Collaborative Projects: Partner with marketing, design, and growth teams to create cohesive, innovative social media strategies that align with business goals. Actively participate in campaign brainstorming and execution.

• Community Interaction : Serve as the first point of contact between the online user base and the company. Engage actively with the community across social media platforms by responding to comments, answering questions, and facilitating discussions.

Requirements

• Content Creation Skills: Ability to create short form videos fast incorporating attention grabbing hooks and robust storytelling paired with creative video editing.
  *A portfolio of videos is required.

• Web3/Crypto Knowledge: Must have a solid understanding of how blockchain technology functions, what are the narratives leading the Web3 space, and more importantly, the culture around it.

• Social Media Savvy: Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly X, Instagram and YouTube.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience using creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Proficiency in managing recurrent social media posts with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Familiarity with Web3 social media culture.
