Our hourly rate is $7.30 an hour. If your tips plus per order bonuses plus the hourly rate do not total $16.20 an hour, we will cover the difference to make sure you are paid $16.20 an hour. So you are always guaranteed to make a total of at least $16.20 per hour - even when you don't deliver a single order.
