Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you're eager for your next opportunity.  The Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Night Warehouse Manager and supervising the warehouse team members to ensure that all functions are performed efficiently within company and distribution center standards.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm until finished.

You will:

• Plan, manage and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping and receiving operations
• Schedules and supervises shipping/receiving associates
• Monitors and enforces work rules and policies
• Controls production standards, accuracy of shipments and receiving, using proper accuracy programs and systems.
• Conducts order selection trail audits and finishes pallet breakdown audits.
• Maintains daily production and accuracy records
• Processes return to vendors using proper company policies
• Coordinates with Inventory Control associates regarding slotting, product rotation and space allocation (optimizing slots and space)
• Conducts daily crew meeting to discuss safety, productivity, and accuracy
• Communicates with Transportation on the flow and receipt of backhauls.
• Supervises scheduling of inbound load appointments.
• Responsible to sign for, sort and distribute inbound, overnight carrier and mail service deliveries (Dock Management vs Inbound Volume)
• Walks warehouse daily to ensure that safety, security, sanitation and pest control codes, laws, and policies are maintained.
• Ensures the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments.
• Safety Reviews (PIT, Lifting Techniques, etc.)

You have:

• Must be available to work over night
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry
• A working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and engagement skills
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00 pm until finished.

Salary: $70,000-$77,000/Annually
