JobsRus.com is currently recruiting full-time Warehouse / Production Managers to join a growing electronics operation in Wood Dale, IL.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Production Supervisor to oversee production and warehousing operations, ensuring products are processed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role reports directly to the company president.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and targets
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff
Maintain high-quality standards for all products and processes
Manage inventory, coordi200nate with suppliers, and allocate resources
Monitor costs, implement cost-saving strategies, and minimize waste
Drive process improvements and monitor productivity
Ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment
Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe workplace
Collaborate with engineering, QA, supply chain, and other departments
Track production performance using KPIs and prepare reports

Requirements:
Leadership and management experience in a production environment
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows
Proficiency in Excel and production-related software
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
