Warehouse Associate – 2nd & 3rd Shift | $20–$21/hr | Forklift + Brillium Test Required
Location: Cannon Falls, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $20/hr
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $21/hr
We’re hiring reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory flow and supporting warehouse operations. Candidates must have forklift experience , a high school diploma , and be able to complete a Brillium skills assessment .
What is the Brillium Test?The Brillium test is a short online assessment used to evaluate your job-related skills and knowledge. It helps ensure you're ready for the role by measuring things like attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving ability. It’s a required step in the hiring process.
Key ResponsibilitiesUnload raw materials, supplies, and equipment from incoming trucks
Inspect cartons and contents for damage and accuracy
Verify packing slips and purchase orders
Perform daily inventory transactions in ERP system
Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
Label and deliver materials to appropriate work centers
Dispose of pallets, dunnage, and cores properly
Maintain organized receiving documentation
Coordinate outgoing freight when needed
Operate forklift safely and efficiently
Keep work area clean and compliant with safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD)
Forklift experience required
Brillium test required prior to placement
Ability to lift, move, and organize materials
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
