Merit Integrated Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in Webberville MI. This position will be responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing all warehouse operations.
• Ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of site operations.
• Report in weekly meetings on overtime, timekeeping including attendance and lunch punches, scheduling, hiring and terminations, recruitment and retention, IT Issues, and any client problems that the Operations Director needs to be aware of.
• Perform all personnel management functions for Site Associates including hiring, scheduling, timesheet review, performance management, staff development, discipline, and termination.
• Answer inquiries on types of services offered, rates, schedules, payment procedures etc.
• Resolve client issues and communicate consistently with the customer to maintain a good relationship.
• Schedule associates properly to avoid overtime and keep shifts manned with proper numbers for business needs.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Ensuring that warehouse space is kept clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Ensuring that all warehouse vehicles are kept in good working order.
• Providing assistance to the Warehouse Supervisor with any equipment or equipment needs.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required (Preferred)
• 4+ years of management experience required (Preferred)
• Prior experience with Warehouse Management preferred but not required
• Prior experience with fleet management preferred but not required

• The ability to manage a 7 days per week, multi shift operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
