Job Description

Warehouse Associate is responsible for inventory tracking/ordering and updating inventory system , this role is also responsible for preparing and shipping equipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Tracking inventory / ordering and updating inventory needs
• Assist in the physical inventory as required
• Working in Production which includes duties such as; order pulling, receiving, packing and shipping
• Drive forklift when needed
• Organize the warehouse for optimum efficiency
• Point person for all shipping activities
• Filing, organizing and the keeping of records for warehouse
• Research inventory discrepancies for resolution
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Forklift experience, no certification necessary
• Warehouse Stocking experience
• Able to lift unassisted up to 40lbs.
• Available to current work schedule of Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Knowledge of basic shipping/receiving practices
• MS Windows knowledge an asset
• Inventory Cycle Counts knowledge an asset
• Ability to accurately research inventory discrepancies
• Ability to learn on the job
• 1 to 2 years warehouse experience preferred, but not required
