General Summary
Capture leader to develop winning capture plans for strategic new business opportunities valued at $100M+. Work closely with BD and operations to develop strategies to set our company apart and gain customer preference for strategic CONUS and OCONUS DoD pursuits. Position reports to our Chief Growth Officer.

3 years building a winning/growth team.
5 years experience winning single award 50M-500M DoD opportunities
Work Environment
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
