Job Overview:

A leading Global Beauty brand is seeking a talented and creative Design Support professional to join their Visual Merchandising and Retail Design team. This is a contract position offering a hybrid work schedule. As part of the team, you will be responsible for executing 2D graphic layouts and concept renderings, while maintaining brand consistency across various global touchpoints. The role requires collaboration, creativity, and an understanding of current design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D graphics to be used in Point of Sale (POS) globally, ensuring all designs adhere to branding guidelines.
• Support in the development of concept renderings for retail environments and merchandising displays.
• Maintain consistency in designs and reinforce the brand's image across all visual touchpoints.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met for smooth transitions between design stages.
• Work with both local and international production teams to ensure quality execution of designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, innovations, and new materials in the visual merchandising and retail design industry.

Job Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong creativity with an eye for design elements such as typography, texture, color, and materials.
• Proficient in creating clean, realistic mockups for presentations and client approvals.
• Basic knowledge of print and production processes, including file preparation and production specs.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D design software is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
