Virtual Mobile Notary Signing Agent**
Certified Mobile Notary Service ( are looking for a Virtual Mobile Notary Signing Agent to work in the U.S. only.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct virtual notarizations for a variety of legal documents, including loan signings, real estate transactions, and other critical paperwork.
- Facilitate remote signing appointments with clients using secure online platforms, ensuring all parties understand and complete the necessary documents.
- Verify the identity of signers and witness their signatures to comply with state notary laws and industry standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of notarized documents, including dates, signers' identities, and transaction details.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to coordinate virtual signing appointments.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence (U.S.). Training will be provided.
- Certified Notary Signing Agent (CNSA) designation is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Mobile Notary Signing Agent with expertise in virtual notarizations.
- Strong knowledge of state-specific notary laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using secure online notarization platforms and digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Stable, high-speed Internet connection, reliable computer with a camera and microphone, and a home office set-up. Access to cutting-edge technology and software for efficient virtual notarizations.
PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
