We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Video Production Intern to support our dynamic Greatness Lives Here studios team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn hands-on video production skills, get experience with professional editing software, and contribute to compelling visual content.

As the Video Production Intern , you will:

• Assist video editors in preparing projects for post-production, including organizing footage, syncing audio, and initial rough cuts
• Create subclips from raw footage based on specific criteria or for highlight reels
• Transcribe videos and create captions/subtitles when needed
• Research and source stock footage or music for projects
• Assist production manager with administrative production tasks such as logging footage, and maintaining the video library
• Occasionally support the videographer on set with minor duties (e.g., equipment setup, basic lighting)
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program related to film, video production, communications, or a related field
• Passionate about video storytelling
• Working knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
