Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Ali Spagnola , a content creator documenting her creative journey through Art & DIY projects, is hiring through us. She's looking for a Long Form Video Editor with great energy and a positive outlook to join a team of creatives seeking to do good in the world through fun and engaging content.

Editing duties may include but are not limited to, Long Form Art-related YouTube content & Fitness-related YouTube content.

Detailed Content Breakdown:

• Art Longform: 15+ minute content, covering multi-day art projects done by Ali. The editing style is upbeat and fun, while also allowing the audience to really feel like they’re along for the wild ride. 2/month
• Fitness Longform: 10+ minute content, highlighting or testing various fitness/health related regiments, diets, products, etc. 2 videos/month

Additional Info:

Ali generally has a specific vision of the timing and style of her videos (how the narrative unfolds, how efficiently the story is being told and again, timing). She will always provide detailed notes about the edits if/when more editing rounds are needed. She needs someone who can pay attention to detail and execute what is asked within notes. However, she also wants someone with a high level of creativity that can flex their own personal style and work together with her to create something new and great!

Qualifications:

• Extensive Premiere Pro Experience
• Experience with motion graphics, animations, text, etc.
• Ability to adapt to multiple editing styles
• Able to work through  multiple rounds of edits/changes quickly
• Audio Syncing and Mixing
• Understands Media Asset Management
• Innovative - combines creativity with strong video and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Notion, Dropbox, and Frame experience preferred

Note:

• If remote, you must have fast internet capable of downloading hundreds of GBs of footage.
• Must have a flexible schedule
