Position Title: Video Editor and Production Specialist
Salary: $60,000-$65,000

As a Video Editor and Production Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role at our dynamic education-focused company. Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
Transform raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other elements to enhance storytelling.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve project objectives.
Contribute to video content strategies through active participation in brainstorming sessions.
Solicit and incorporate feedback to refine work to the highest standards.
Ensure timely delivery of all video projects to meet deadlines.
On-Set Support:
Provide on-location support during video shoots as required, involving moderate travel.
Assist in equipment setup and breakdown.
Operate cameras, audio equipment, teleprompters, and lighting as needed.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in video editing.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills related to video production.
Ability to create motion graphics and expertise in sound design and color grading.
Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design.
Effective communicator with strong organizational skills in a remote work environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-location shoots.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with After Effects.
Familiarity with current video trends and editing techniques.
Background in animation and motion graphics.
Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
Knowledge or experience in the education sector.
