About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Talent Acquisition to lead the growth of its high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a national talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. This executive will be a key member of the HR leadership team, leading and coaching a team of talent acquisition professionals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and exceptional service delivery. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial biotech and pharma business, as well as the ability to partner with senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies that support the company's strategic priorities.
