About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing, planning, and delivering strategic and tactical HR initiatives that align with business needs, enhance employee engagement, and drive overall performance and productivity. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, capable of executing human capital strategies, and serving as a strategic leader in all HR functions, including talent development, management, organization effectiveness, change management, and employee relations. The VP of HR will also be responsible for training and developing HR and business leaders, designing human capital plans, and leading the succession management and global talent acquisition processes. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 12 years' of experience as an HR generalist, with at least 7 years' in a managerial role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that support business goals, as well as a strong ability to build relationships, influence others, and lead change management efforts. A strategic mindset, clear communication skills, and a high level of organization and attention to detail are essential. The role demands a leader who is proactive, future-focused, and capable of leading a team to drive HR excellence and support the company's vision.
