About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Investment Management Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, identifying, assessing, and advising on the hiring of diverse executive leadership talent. Key responsibilities for the Executive Recruiter include providing high-level support to senior leaders, conducting research to build talent networks, driving strategic sourcing and hiring strategies, and delivering regular market updates. The Executive Recruiter will be deeply involved in all aspects of the executive search process, from research and candidate generation to senior client management and offer negotiations. The focus will be on providing a white-glove experience and ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate selection. This role demands a professional with at least 7 years' of experience in executive recruiting or executive sourcing, particularly at the Executive Director level and above. The role requires a compelling communicator who can engage and influence senior stakeholders, and experience in financial services, consulting, accounting, or technology industries is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and influencing executive leadership and will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer and candidate experience. Commitment to diversity hiring and the ability to design and negotiate complex compensation packages are also vital for this position.
