Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr We are a small animal general practice located in Simi Valley, CA, looking for a practice manager with the following duties but not limited to: Oversees employees - time management, efficiency, thoroughness, no horseplay, etc. Ensures practice meets the requirements of applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Human resources management. Conflict management. Communication with vendors and clients. Assists CEO. Inventory management. Leads team meetings. Executes company planning and development. Helps team members when needed. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in veterinary field. Great leadership and followership skills. Understanding that this is not a desk job. Physically fit to handle animals (bending, kneeling, lifting, vision, and hearing). Availability to work on Saturdays. Excellent communication skills. Age 30 and older preferred but not required.
