About the Role: As the Veterinary Practice Manager, you will oversee all vital business functions and collaborate closely with the Managing Doctor (MDVM) to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will play a key role in driving profitability, enhancing service quality, and fostering a productive work environment. Your contributions will be crucial in operational management, HR, marketing, strategic planning, and IT management. Key Responsibilities: Manage financial performance, driving revenue growth through strategic planning. Oversee expense management including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility costs. Ensure effective inventory management and accurate pricing in collaboration with MDVM. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment that enhances client experience. Handle staff and patient scheduling to optimize operations and satisfy both clients and team members. Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service and supplies. Monitor client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Engage actively with clients to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction. Lead team development through regular coaching and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and veterinary standards. Qualifications: Full-time, on-site availability with occasional weekend work. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in veterinary technology or business is a plus. Two years of practice management experience in veterinary medicine is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and excellent computer proficiency. Ability to lift patients and equipment as needed.
