Are you someone who thrives on a new challenge and wants to help manage a growing 4-doctor practice? Animal Hospital of Lewisville in Lewisville, North Carolina, would love to get to know YOU ! We're looking for an Experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to help guide our thriving team and support our expanding hospital.

In July 2023, we moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art 4,800 sq ft facility—more than double the size of our previous 1,800 sq ft space just across the street. This exciting new chapter has allowed us to grow our team and services, and now we're looking for the right leader to continue that momentum.

Our Medical Director, who founded the hospital over a decade ago, is seeking a dedicated and passionate manager to help ensure our team and clients have the best experience possible.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage, plan, and coordinate the practice’s daily operations
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Partner with the Managing Veterinarian and Regional Operations Manager to develop long-term goals
  • Lead and mentor staff through regular meetings and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA, and other regulations
  • Oversee client service and retention strategies
  • Handle financials including payroll, A/R, inventory, and budgeting
  • Champion the culture and financial health of the hospital
You Will Bring
  • CVPM Preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of management experience (veterinary or medical field a plus)
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine investment in team and practice success
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and empathy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and follow through to completion
  • Confidence in setting expectations and holding team members accountable while maintaining a supportive environment
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to foster positive, productive relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Practice Management Software
