Maximum Vendor Submittal Rate is $81.26/hr.

- 10+ years of proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides and product specifications that increase the experience of the digital platform.
- Translate Developer documentation into a technical document for all to understand, including business users.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented.
- Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids, etc.
- Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
