Technical/Functional Skills
••Experience executing Functional, Non-Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End to End testing
••Ability to develop a testing strategy that is customized and optimized for the situation and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
••Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate to stakeholders and management across multiple business functions
••Understanding of risk management and a knack for recognizing and anticipating things that would eventually turn into problems (problem avoidance vs reactiveness)
••Deep understanding of how to leverage automation in testing efforts and the ability to identify tests that would be optimal candidates for automation
••Understanding of SDLC processed
••Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
••Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
••Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science
Roles & Responsibilities
•Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
•8+ years of professional IT experience required with 5+ years of experience in Sales Performance management (SPM) tool Varicent required.
•5+ years of IT experience in testing/working in SPM projects, setting priorities and plans to meet business objectives is required.
•Prior experience and demonstrated understanding of TMIC/SPM platforms including Incentive Management, Territory and Quota planning processes with direct experience in global system rollouts required.
•Strong Integration experience with upstream/downstream processes likes master data management, Sales processes, Reporting and Payroll.
•Experienced in enterprise solution methodologies, preferably in both traditional waterfall and agile approaches preferred.
•Ability to establish & maintain strong relationships within Stryker Stakeholder and teams across functions and geographies.
•Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail.
