V104 - Client Intake Specialist (Evenings & Weekends)

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description:

Are you a great communicator with a knack for turning interest into action? We're looking for a Client Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential new clients (PNCs). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys helping people take the first step toward meaningful connections.

Schedule:

• Wednesday to Friday: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM PST
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM PST

Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from potential new clients during evenings and weekends.
• Qualify leads using our established criteria to ensure a good fit.
• Guide clients through the sign-up process, providing clear and empathetic support.
• Create and manage client records in our CMS system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Qualities needed:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or client onboarding is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM/CMS tools (training provided).
• Availability during evenings and weekends.
