We are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft seamless and user-friendly experiences for our innovative sales engagement platform. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and the ability to translate complex workflows into seamless user interfaces. You’ll be passionate about delivering a top-notch user experience and constantly seek ways to improve the overall look and feel of our product.

In this role you will:

  • Design user-centric interfaces that deliver an optimal experience across web and mobile platforms
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to guide product development and gather user feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to understand project goals and deliver design solutions
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret data to inform design decisions
  • Maintain and improve the design system to ensure a cohesive experience across the platform
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously refine designs and propose innovative ideas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
