Job Description

This candidate will be responsible for UX design and design systems. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop design systems, navigation patterns, and reusable components.
• Create intuitive, engaging, and consistent UX designs across digital products.
• Visualize and prototype ideas using design tools and collaborative methods.
• Build and iterate on low- and high-fidelity prototypes with a user-centered approach.
• Identify user needs and business goals to shape design strategy.
• Collaborate with usability researchers to refine designs based on user testing.
• Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of UX design experience.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing design systems work.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles for web, mobile, and touch devices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
