Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team. As a UX Designer, you will be part of the Digital design team supporting the creation of best-in-class experiences for customers across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UX Designer IV

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid, in-office Tue/Wed/Thu 9-6PM EST)

What's the Job?

• Investigating user experience design requirements for a suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Collaborating with the marketing team and internal/external designers to ensure tailored experiences for digital users.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, and page layouts to enhance user interaction.

What's Needed?

• Seven or more years of relevant work experience in UX design.
• Expertise with Figma and knowledge of high fidelity prototyping.
• Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
• A degree in design or a related field of study.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
