Responsibilities

• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker works with the Dining Room Service Coordinator/Dining Room Supervisor/Café Service Coordinator as necessary and implement recommended changes as required
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker keeps café counters, work tables, refrigerators/freezers, etc.
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker sweeps and mop floors as directed.
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker carries soiled utensils, etc., to wash area.
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker places soiled linens in designated hampers/laundry area, following departmental policies and procedures.
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker returns clean utensils to proper storage areas.
• The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker helps wherever there is a kitchen need!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old with work permit
• Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be team oriented
