User Acceptance Testing Senior Professional at Humana in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Senior Professional carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet department standards and end-user requirements. The UAT Senior Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Senior Professional collaborates across business and IT to understand requirements, develop details UAT test plans, including objectives, scope, resources, schedule, etc. Creates details test cases for UAT to cover all possible scenarios, and review test cases with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements. Perform UAT test cases to validate the system from an end-user perspective. Document and report test results, including defects and issues found during testing. Ensure the test environment data aligns with scenarios based UAT plans through coordination with IT teams. Identify and create necessary test data sets for UAT. Prepare regular status reports on testing progress, including test execution metrics, defect status, and any risks or issues. Facilitate meetings and discussions to clarify requirements, resolve issue, and provide updates on test activities. Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software testing and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the testing lifecycle.
