Overview: We are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Associate to join our client's US Private Equity practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of M&A experience, with a specific emphasis on Private Equity M&A. The role involves working on private equity transactions, funding arrangements, strategic M&A, acquisitions and divestitures, and joint ventures.
What you will be doing: - Execute private equity transactions and funding arrangements
- Contribute to strategic M&A initiatives
- Manage acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies
- Participate in the structuring and execution of joint ventures
What you must have: - Mid-Senior Associate with Class Years 2018 - 2020
- 3-4 years of M&A experience, with a focus on Private Equity M&A
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience with private equity-backed companies strongly preferred
- Excellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Salary/Rate Range: $215,000 to $415,000
- Compensation aligned with standard market-rate salary scale
