Job Summary and Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

• Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities
• Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards
• Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility
• Educate patients on both clinical and managed care
• Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate
• Function as an effective clinic team member
• Meet productivity standards
• Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information

Education :

• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in U.S. or Canada
• Open to new graduates

License/Certification:

• Kentucky License/Eligible
• DEA
• Board certification or active participation in the examination process

CHI Saint Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urology physician to join our team in London, KY. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice General Urology in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Position Overview:

• Practice currently consists of experienced APRN, CMA and support staff
• New urology table and equipment in the surgery department
• New urology equipment in the clinic
• New DaVinci robot
• Ten days call per month

Offer Includes:

• Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative production model after guarantee period.
