As part of the talented Thunder Jet team member of the upholstery team member you will be tasked with responsibilities that will include assembling and preparing the seats. The upholstery team members will work with tools, materials, and equipment to build respective components while maintaining a high-quality standard. Will contribute to all areas of the upholstery process. Required Qualifications: Working knowledge of a variety of hand/power tools. Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10+ hour shifts. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Product design and fabrication experience preferred. Working Conditions: Frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit. Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Noise level in moderate to high in the manufacturing setting. The anticipated pay range for this position ranges grades 2-3 $19.20-$21.75. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
