Qualifications Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 7 years of information technology experience. Hands?on experience with implementation, development, and support projects related to Kronos WFC/WFD applications. Strong functional expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance, and activities modules. Experience developing interfaces with WIM for WFC and for WFD using middle layers like Dell Bhoomi. Sound knowledge of workforce management disciplines such as accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self?service, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay. Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication. Preferred Qualifications Practical experience/exposure and knowledge in workforce dimensions. Experience with UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flows. Experience with common integration methodologies (WIM, XML APIs, XML imports, web services, standard import tables). Experience in data conversions using import tables and XML imports with analysis and debugging skills. Kronos functional/technical consultant with at least two implementation projects and at least one upgrade project. Functional or automated testing experience in Kronos Timekeeper, accruals, and activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
