We’re Growing Our In-House Design Team at Bartlett Roofing!

Location: Boise, Idaho (In-Office Only)

Bartlett Roofing is expanding its in-house design team! We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in Figma to help shape the future of our digital products. If you have a passion for intuitive design, user-centered workflows, and structured design systems, we want to hear from you!

Over the past few years, we have been developing our own lead generation and CRM tool. We started with an agency, brought development in-house two years ago, and a year ago, we established an in-house product design team. Now, we need a UI/UX expert to refine our design systems and prepare our product for market expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Figma Expertise: Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design system management.
• User Experience & Interface Design: Strong skills in crafting seamless, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Prototyping & User Flows: Ability to create interactive prototypes and detailed user flows to improve usability.
• Design to Development Handoff: Experienced in preparing design files for developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design: Ability to create layouts that function well across various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Portfolio Required: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing recent UI/UX design work, demonstrating expertise in Figma and user-centered design principles.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• While design expertise is our priority, we would love candidates with an understanding of:
• Front-end development concepts (Vue.js, component-based design systems)
• Version control for design assets
• Agile workflow tools (such as Linear)
• Basic familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
