Job Title: Radiation Therapist
Location: Lubbock, TX
Contract Length: 26 weeks (13-week option available)
Shift: 5x8 Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Start Date: 07/14/2025
Patient Population: Adult & Pediatric Outpatient
Census: ~40-45 patients/day
Ratio: 1 Radiation Therapist to 20 Patients
Licensure Required:

• Texas Medical Board (TMB) License

• ARRT (R)

• BLS

• Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience
\t
• Prior work in teaching hospital preferred
\t
• Experience in modalities: EBRT, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, Gamma Knife
\t
• Familiarity with Elekta (Infinity/VersaHD), Client Discovery CT/Simulator
\t
• Experience with Elekta Mosaiq & Epic systems
\t
• Skills Required:

• CT Simulation, Custom Molds
\t
• CBCT/kV/mV imaging
\t
• External Beam Therapy, Gamma Knife
\t
• IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery
\t
• Electron Beam Therapy
\t
• Emergency case response
\t
• Patient/family teaching
\t
• Radiation safety knowledge
\t
• Additional Info:

• Robust multidisciplinary oncology program

• No floating, call, or weekend shifts

• Block scheduling available

• Orientation: 40 hours (non-billable)
