Job Description & Requirements• Specialty: Labor, Delivery, Recovery and post-partum (LDRP)\n• Shift: 6a-6p\n• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours\n• Weekend Hours: Have to work every other weekend. Days Saturday/Sunday is and nights is Friday/Saturday\n• Call Requirements: None\n• Required Certifications: NRP, Stable, AWOHN intermediate or advance, ACLS\n• Years of Experience: 2\n• Float Requirements: none\n\n• Additional Notes:\n\nUnit Information:\n\n• Number of Beds: 9\n• Patient Ratios: Varies on patient acuity\n• Equipment: IV Pumps, Epidural Pumps, Fetal Monitoring equipment, fetal doppler, syringe pump\n• EHR: Med Host + Centricity\n\n• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Labor, Post-Partum, Neonates\n\nHiring Profile:\n\n• Must Have Skills/Experience: Labor experiences, postpartum, well baby, stabilization of critical newborn for transfers.\n• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Centricity experience\n• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Term, late preterm indications- Gest HTN, Gest diabetes\n• Personality Fit: Team Player, flexible schedule, experience with LDRP\n\n• Required Education: NRP, Stable, AWOHN intermediate or advance, ACLS
