Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification; ACLS preferred; Mental Health Certification a plus
• Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Experience in clinic settings required
• Mental health experience strongly preferred

• Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills

  Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to outpatient mental health patients in accordance with facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
  • Execute medication administration and monitor patient responses.
  • Document patient encounters and update EMR system with thorough, timely information.
