Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

We are a combined 6 bed ICU on the back side of hospital and 12 med surg (stepdown) beds on the front (lakeside) of the hospital. Seeking a candidate who is going to be comfortable working both sides throughout their time with us. Ratios in ICU are typically 1-3 depending on diagnosis and on stepdown side usually 4 (up to 5) when we have medical pts. We staff with 4-5 RN's depending on census and patients needs, and 1-3 CNA's we also have a HUC/telemetry tech on stationed on the unit 24/7. 

Comfort with trachs is a must we do see alot of trachs. 

We utlize EICU (tele-intensvists) who are able to assist 24/7. 

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS needed
