\nCollaborates and assists the nursing administrative and leadership staff in defining, implementing and maintaining the standards of nursing practice.
\nCollaborates with the nursing administrative and leadership staff in identifying and documenting the learning need s of the nursing staff concerning nursing practice.
\nMaintains knowledge/clinical expertise by continual review of current literature/research and products that impact nursing practice and patient care outcomes.\n\n \n\n Required Qualifications:
\nMinimum five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
\nMinimum three (3) years of relevant nurse educator experience.
\nAtleast one (1) year of Long Term Care experience.\n\n \n\n License, Certification, Registration:
\nCurrent NY State RN License, required.
\nBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), required.
\nAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
