Nurse Hustle is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts.
Job Description & Requirements AM PM - 12 hr:
36hr DAY/EVENING ROTATION, shifts could include all of the following:7a-730p, 11a-1130p, 3p-330a (must be able to work all of these shifts) - E/O Weekend, E/O Holiday* (must be flexible with floating to areas: Psych ED and Pedi ED (caring for age 15+ patients in pedi unless previous pedi experience)
Required Exp: Minimum of 1.5 years of RECENT Level I or II ED experience and/or 2+ years of RECENT Level 3/4 ED experience. Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks and pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 (85+%).
Preferred Exp: EPIC, Previous travel assignments, Critical care experience
Required Certs: TNCC, BLS, ACLS (must be active/unexpired)
Patient Ratio: 1:4-5 patients (depending on acuity)
Dept Details: Very busy ED, holds up to 120 “treatment areas” serving 350-440 patients/day. *Travelers will not be placed in trauma rooms while on assignment
