Experience in the travel nursing or healthcare staffing industry is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities : Sourcing & Recruitment : Identify, engage, and recruit qualified travel nursing candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for specific travel nursing assignments. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses to understand their career goals and preferences, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Job Matching : Collaborate with account managers and facility partners to match nurses with assignments that align with their skills and preferences. Onboarding Support : Assist candidates with the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation, credentials, and compliance requirements are completed. Retention & Support : Provide continuous support to nurses throughout their assignments, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Performance Tracking : Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track key metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
