Job Description

Job Description

EXISTING CLEARWATER/TAMPA BAY RESIDENTS ONLY.

At Goulds Travel , we believe travel isn’t just about getting from point A to point B — it’s about creating stories, memories, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. We’re not your average travel agency, and we’re looking for someone who isn’t looking for an average job.

We’re on the hunt for a driven, detail-loving, people-focused Travel Advisor who’s ready to grow with us. This is an in-office position with opportunities to travel, learn, and experience the destinations and suppliers you’ll be recommending to clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft unforgettable trips – From river cruises to bucket-list adventures, you’ll design tailored itineraries that wow clients.
  • Build relationships – You’ll be the trusted guide for travelers, handling everything from the first conversation to post-trip follow-up.
  • Sell with passion – This is a sales-driven role, where your enthusiasm and knowledge translate into business growth.
  • Keep it organized – Behind the scenes, you’ll manage bookings, documents, payments, and client communications with precision.
  • Stay inspired – Ongoing training and FAM (familiarization) trips will keep your wanderlust alive while sharpening your expertise.

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural people person who thrives on connecting, listening, and helping others.
  • Someone who’s sales-oriented and motivated by results.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills — juggling itineraries, timelines, and payments is second nature.
  • A team player who’s excited to grow with Goulds Travel and be part of our long-term vision.
  • A fast learner who loves education – there’s lots of ongoing training, destination learning, and supplier updates, so you’ll need to absorb and apply information quickly.
  • Tech-savvy with solid computer skills – comfortable using booking platforms, email, spreadsheets, and other everyday applications.
  • Previous travel industry or sales experience is a plus, but not required — the right attitude and drive matter most.

Why Join Goulds Travel?

  • Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking travel company that’s passionate about custom travel experiences.
  • Enjoy opportunities to travel and experience destinations first-hand — because selling is easier when you’ve lived it.
  • A fun, collaborative team environment where your voice and ideas actually matter.

Ready to Apply?

If you’re ready to combine your love of travel with a rewarding career, we’d love to hear from you.

Submit your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit. You can also email us directly at: jobs@gouldstravel.com.
