Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for an exceptional Traffic Coordinator to join our Broadcast Traffic Team. This role will be required to work from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the occasional need for overtime. In this role you will help ensure that assets are properly processed through our workflows to ensure timely and accurate distribution.

• Review all client traffic instruction to ensure it corresponds with contracts and/or allocations

• Create traffic for, but not limited to, new orders, copy changes, and revisions

• Update and maintain roster

• Follow up assistance with copy and traffic instructions from agencies

• Develop and foster effective collaboration between departments to ensure an integrated approach to achieving goals and objectives

• Provide management with updates on progress as well as disseminating transactional information to all relevant groups and personnel

• Provide team support to internal business units for interdepartmental initiatives

• Establish accountability in the organization by incorporating best practices and setting example with regard to work ethic and company values

• Effectively balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines which may require working beyond standard work hours

• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein as may be assigned or delegated Your Skills:

• 2+ years television/radio/cable/network/agency traffic experience

• Capable to project manage workload, meet deadlines, and perform under high stress

• Able to prioritize, orchestrate fast turn-around, and manage high volume

• This position requires great attention to detail. To ensure that you have read the job description and understand the requirements well, the secret word is "banana".

• Ability to establish relationships with all levels inside and outside of the company

• Ability to communicate in clear and concise manner to all levels in the organization

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills

• Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically Excel

• Be able to work in a professional environment
